OpenAI has unveiled Grove, a five-week mentorship initiative targeting early-stage founders building with artificial intelligence. The program connects participants with OpenAI researchers and technical leaders, offering hands-on workshops, office hours, and exclusive early access to unreleased tools.

Fifteen selected entrepreneurs will attend in-person sessions at OpenAI's San Francisco headquarters. The curriculum spans company development from pre-idea to pre-seed stages, with structured support for fundraising strategies. Applications close September 24 for this competitive cohort.
